Flanagan Park Pollinator Garden – Help Us Grow!

The Central Point Parks and Recreation Foundation is excited to announce the creation of the Flanagan Park Pollinator Garden this fall! This all-volunteer project will transform a section of the park into a thriving home for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators that are vital to a healthy ecosystem.

How You Can Support the Garden
This project depends on the generosity of our community. There are two ways you can make an impact:

Volunteer Your Time
Join us for planting days on Saturday, October 11 and Saturday, October 18 (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
Bring gloves, trowels, and shovels if you have them—some supplies will be provided. Sign up via email at dave.jacob@centralpointoregon.gov.
Make a Donation
Your contribution will help purchase native plants, tools, and educational signage. Donations of any size bring us closer to completing this beautiful, pollinator-friendly garden. You can donate directly by using this QR code:

Why It Matters
The Pollinator Garden will enhance biodiversity, provide hands-on learning opportunities for families and schools, and make Flanagan Park a greener, more welcoming place for everyone. Together, volunteers and donors will create a legacy space that benefits Central Point for years to come.

Join us by volunteering, donating, or both—every effort helps make this dream a reality!
