Flanagan Park Pollinator
Garden Project
WE HAVE A POLLINATOR GARDEN AT FLANNAGAN PARK!

Flanagan Park Pollinator Garden – Help Us Grow!
The Central Point Parks and Recreation Foundation is excited to announce that the Flanagan Park Pollinator Garden has officially been installed! This all-volunteer project transformed a section of the park into a vibrant habitat for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators that play a critical role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem.
The garden features a diverse selection of pollinator-friendly plants designed to provide color and blooms throughout the growing season while supporting local wildlife and environmental sustainability.
This project was funded in part through a grant from the Pacific Power Foundation and through generous contributions from individual donors. The majority of project funding, however, was provided directly by the Central Point Parks and Recreation Foundation.
The Foundation is currently working on Phase 2 of the project, which will focus on educational elements including interpretive signage, garden information, and community learning opportunities designed to help visitors better understand the importance of pollinators and native plants.
How You Can Support the Garden
This project depends on the generosity and involvement of our community. There are several ways you can help support the garden:
Volunteer Your Time
Neighborhood volunteers are helping maintain and care for the garden. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to hear from you. Please contact the Foundation for more information about upcoming volunteer opportunities.
Make a Donation
Your contribution will help fund native plants, gardening supplies, educational signage, and future improvements to the garden. Donations of any size help us continue building and maintaining this beautiful pollinator-friendly space for the community to enjoy. You can donate directly by using the QR code below:
