Central Point Parks Needs Your Help! Want to make a meaningful impact in your local parks? The Central Point Parks and Recreation Foundation, in partnership with the Central Point Parks Department, has launched a donation program to support the addition of essential park amenities such as benches, ADA picnic tables, and water fountains. Donations can be made in honor of a loved one, to celebrate a milestone, or simply to give back to the community. Each donation helps improve comfort, accessibility, and sustainability across our park system. Our parks need the following items:

Park Benches: Support our community by donating $1000, to purchase a park bench that will enhance our beautiful parks. Your contribution will include a personalized plaque and installation, allowing you to a lasting legacy in a specific area of your choice or in a park that is most in need. Together we can create inviting spaces for families and friends gather, relax, and enjoy nature. Join us in making our parks more welcoming for everyone!

ADA Picnic Benches: Support our parks by donating for ADA picnic benches! Each bench costs $1,200 and comes with a plaque to your contribution. You can choose to place the bench in a selected park or in an area where most needed. Your generosity will help make our parks more accessible for everyone!

Drinking Fountains - ADA Accessible and Dog Friendly: The city is excited to announce the replacement of aging water fountains with new ADA accessible options that to everyone, including our furry friends. These pet-friendly fountains will be installed at select locations, ensuring that all community members can stay hydrated while enjoying outdoor spaces. Each fountain will feature a plaque to highlight this initiative and our commitment to inclusivity. Estimated cost including a plaque and installation will be $4500.
